Trekking@MacRitchie / 11:04 PM

video

Assalamualaikum.

What you saw above is a mere representation of the whole trekking event AY organized recently, at MacRitchie Reservoir. I'm sorry i didn't include a lot of pictures in, but that's the whole point. :) :) :) check them out at Ustaz Ibrahim's facebook photos and you'll get the satisfaction you'll need. ><
For those of you who've missed the event, not to worries because if there's a next one, insya Allah, we'll have more oppurtunities to bond again.

Back to MacRitchie,
practically simple, no fuss or hustle bustle, and probably the only talent you'll need here is walking, and I'm serious, WALKING. 12km. bout there. yeah 12 km.
do you HEAR ME!?
WE WALKED 12KILOMETERS!!!

maybe being able to tell a good story would be a bonus. if that saves the boredom.

but alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah.
despite the rain, despite the rough terrain, the heat,
and everything else that had the possibility of tearing us down,
everyone completed the journey safe.
EVERYONE.
yes Ustaz Ibrahim too. ><

noone vomitted >< (no offence to anybody hehe),
and alhamdulillah, the nasi lemak that Ustaz provided us for breakfast
insya Allah got burnt during the whole of the journey.
(i think i got slimmer)

till then, we'll await AY's next gathering / program / usrah
and btw,
if it's worth the efforts and resources there is,
I'd like to make a documentary.
or a short film. or anything related to media, something different.
if you're interested, gimme a buzz jyeah.

alakulihal,
jazakallahkhair to all the brothers and sisters who showed up and make the
trekking event successful, also for making some of us
insya Allah much closer to one another, many thanks to initiators of the event;
Nasuha / Saihah / Ustaz Ibrahim
and to all who're absent, we very much understand ;)
and hope to see you guys around next time. :D

wassalamualaikum wr wb.
-Aimran.

PS: the monkeys make me laugh.
